What forms of payment do you accept?

When I buy a template, will I have access to it immediately?

Yes! As soon as you complete payment, you will have access to a page where you can download the template that you purchased. Simply downloaded the .zip file and get started.

Can I customize a template I purchase from Pligg-Templates.com?

Sure can. When you download a template, it is yours to craft, tweak, and mold to suit the needs of your site. (Unfortunately, at this time, Pligg-Templates.com is not offering custom template customizations or installations).

Why not just customize the default Pligg Template myself?

The Pligg templating systeme make is easy to install but hard to revamp. Over 50 hours of a developers time has gone into creating the templates at Pligg-Templates.com. Our templates can save you serious time.

So, how do I install my template from Pligg-Templates.com?

Installing your template is easy. Before you start, though, you should make sure that you are able to install and successfully run the pligg software on your website with the included template. Once you have made sure the pligg software works, follow these steps:

  1. Unzip the Pligg-Template file and copy the folder to the Pligg template directly on your local machine

  2. Upload the new template folder to the "templates" directory

  3. Login as an administrator to your pligg website.

  4. Select "Configure Pligg [Version]" and then select "Template"

  5. Click on your current template name to edit the entry.

  6. Enter the name of the folder of your new template.

  7. Viola! Your template should now be up and running.

Are your templates compatible across different browsers?

Yes. Our templates have been tested on the following browser setups:

  • Internet Explorer 6 and 7

  • Firefox 1.5 and 2.0

  • Safari 3.0

Do you accept returns?
Rest assured that we stand behind our product. If for some reason, you are not satisfied, you have a period of 14 days where we will refund your money. Simple as that.
